10 Effective Essential Oil Diffusing Recipes

There are so many benefits to diffusing essential oils...some to fight off colds, some to help focus, some to freshen up the air and some to boost your energy. Here are a few of my favorites:

 

1. Good Morning Sunshine!

    - 1 drop of Peppermint
    - 2 drops of Wild Orange
    - 1 drop of Frankincense
    - 1 drop of Balance

2. Stretch Me Out!

    - 2 drops of Past Tense
    - 2 drops of Balance
    - 1 drop of Majoram

3. Going for a Run

    - 2 drops of Deep Blue
    - 2 drops of Eucalyptus
    - 1 drop of Wintergreen
    - 1 drop of White Fir
 

4. Fight the Cold

    - 1 drop of Peppermint
    - 1 drop of Lemon
    - 2 drops of Breathe
    - 1 drop of OnGuard

5. Goodbye Anxiety

    - 1 drop of Balance
    - 2 drops of Peppermint
    - 1 drop of Juniper Berry
    - 1 drop of Balance

    - 1 drop of Arborvitae
    - 2 drops of Lavender
    - 1 drop of Cedarwood

    - 1 drop of Rosemary
    - 3 drops of Passion
    - 2 drops of Cassia
